Compassion First
Every child deserves to be understood, supported, and celebrated in their learning journey.
At QLearning, we know what it means to walk in your shoes—because we’ve been there. Our tutoring program was created by a parent of a child with special needs, someone who understands the everyday struggles, the sleepless nights, the search for the right support, and the joy of small victories.
We don’t just teach children with Autism, ADHD, or learning differences.
We live this journey, too.
Our core values shape how we work with students, support families, and build our community.
Every child deserves to be understood, supported, and celebrated in their learning journey.
We use proven strategies and research-backed methods tailored to neurodivergent learners.
Parents are integral to success. We collaborate and communicate every step of the way.
We create judgment-free spaces that honor neurodiversity and build confidence.
Our founder began their career in the banking industry as a financial analyst, developing strong analytical skills and attention to detail. After having a child with special needs, they made the life-changing decision to shift careers—returning to school to study Information Technology.
Their journey into education continued as they began tutoring math, computing, and business, where they discovered a true passion for helping students succeed—especially neurodivergent learners.
Beyond credentials, what matters most is our dedication to supporting every child’s unique learning journey.
Q-Learning isn’t just a curriculum — it’s a neuro-responsive framework designed to work with the way ADHD and Autistic brains naturally process information. We focus on intrinsic motivation, confidence-building, and logical clarity.
Our approach identifies what motivates each learner, building engagement and momentum with supportive feedback and meaningful goals.
Lessons adjust with the learner, keeping students in a “flow state” — challenged but never overwhelmed.
We use spaced repetition and structured reinforcement to move learning from short-term understanding to long-term mastery.
By breaking skills into clear building blocks, students see the “why” behind the “what” — building real confidence.
We specialize in tutoring students from Grade 1 to Grade 6. Our curriculum is designed to support young learners in Math, English, Science and Technology.
